The goal for PEAC students in our hockey program is to further develop our athletes’ skills, positioning, fitness, confidence and knowledge of the game. Athletes who are selected to be part of this program will receive daily on-ice training ensuring the program delivers an effective curriculum. The hockey program at PEAC enables our athletes to train during the day while still participating in community, provincial and national teams.

Marco Di Girolamo – Former Captain Canada’s Men’s Rugby Team

The goal for PEAC students in our highly elite rugby program is to further develop our athletes’ skills, positioning, fitness, confidence and knowledge of the game. Athletes who are selected to be part of this program will receive 12 hours/week of professional training ensuring the program delivers an effective curriculum. The rugby program at PEAC enables our athletes to train during the day while still participating in community, provincial and national teams.

Freestyle Skiing and Snowboarding

The goal for PEAC students in our freestyle ski and snowboard Academy (FSSA) is to futher develop our athletes’ skills, positioning, fitness, confidence and knowledge of the sport. As a pre-requisite for the program, prospective students must currently be involved in the sport extra-curricularly, as well be competing at a high level. Athletes who are selected to be part of this program receive ongoing strength and conditioning training as well as trampoline aerial training 4 days per week. The FSSA program at PEAC enables our athletes to train during the day while still participating in community, provincial and national competitions and teams.

Flex

PEAC flex academy is designed for athletes that are currently performing in a top level sport that requires them to be out of class for extended periods of time due to seasonal competition schedules. PEAC‘s online curriculum and discussion boards, tutorials, and flexible deadlines enable these athletes to continue learning while they are away from the school without falling behind. PEAC‘s technology based education allows travelling students to use their laptops to maintain close contact with teachers to stay on top of their work.

Freestyle Wrestling and Brazilian JiuJitsu

PEAC‘s Brazilion Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts program is the first of its kind in Ontario and in Eastern Canada! PEAC‘s program provides the necessary elements to perform at the elite level for grappling and mixed martial arts. This includes both on-mat and off-mat warrior-like training. Our program is very selective, allowing only the most dedicated, driven athletes a spot to perform in the top tournaments in the world.
